Back in Action Pilates and Training is an online fitness and injury rehab platform designed to give you the structure and support you need as you work towards your fitness or recovery goals. The app is fully designed by a physiotherapist and rehab Pilates specialist with 25 years in the industry, having worked with all levels of professional and amateur athlete – and all programs can take you from the most basic training/rehab and classes to full return to sport, advanced training.

Strength training isn’t just about looking strong and getting lean – its about building a stronger, healthier body for life. My programmes us progressive overload, meaning you gradually increase the challenge on your muscles so you can continually build strength, muscle and confidence.
Designed for home or gym, using dumbbells and simple equipment, each workout is approximately 30 minute with 3-4 sessions per week. They’re efficient, structured and progressive, giving you everything you need to get stronger, stay injury free and get in to the best shape of your life.
These sessions are my training sessions, and at 51 years old i have never felt this good.
The follow along videos are designed for all fitness levels, with exercises and progressions that allow you to work at your own level and continue to challenge yourself as you get stronger.

As well as the Strength training, BIA features daily live Pilates class, and strength training/workout programmes ranging from 15-60 minutes targeting the whole body, improving posture and increasing flexibility, as well as increasing strength and recovering from injuries such as back pain, knee pain, sprained ankles, hip issues and shoulder rotator cuff injuries.
The Pilates classes range from Back to basics, pure pilates, power pilates, Barre classes and mobility sessions. The rehab videos are follow along videos taking you from acute injury to return to sport.
Knowing all the sessions are designed by a physiotherapist with specialist knowledge of exercise and the human body, means you can feel safe and supported in your fitness and recovery journey, and also have access to chat and ask questions on the app, about your individual issues or concerns.
